I Need Your Help

I'm finding myself in a bit of a difficult situation . . . and frankly, I need some advice.  So, I'm asking you for your input and opinion.  I only have until Wednesday to decide, so I need your feedback pretty quickly.

On Wednesday I will inherit a hedgehog.  She is currently being house-broken and she adorable!  She's like a tiny, soft, rolly porcupine.  Like a little dark mouse wearing a sea urchin.  She eats bugs and lizards, so personally, I think she's more valuable than an attack dog.

And now she needs a name.  Now, before I knew she was a girl, I was set on 'Jeff' . . . which is a name that I've used for my fish(es) for years . . . (t)he(y) lasted a good six years that way.  But she just can't be called 'Jeff'.

So, any suggestions?

I like Heddy Hedgehog. Is she a gift from someone? Sounds like a new Debo adventure!

Mrs. Tiggywinkle is the hedgehog washerwoman from the works of Beatrix Potter.  A few other "woodland" names are Constance, Trefoil, and Cornflower.  Have fun choosing!  You have a lot of good ideas already.

I don't know why but "Nettie" came right to mind!! The mind is working in strange ways lately, could be the result of an earthquake then hurricane in the same week!!

Jeffina, or "Jeff I don't know what I am but this lady thinks it matters", how about Jeffora.  Will we see Deborah taking little Jeffora out for strolls on the airstrip?  You should get one of those patented hedghog collars.

Hedgely, or Buter/Butter (a combo of bug/eater), Ralph (I think he eats bugs and lizards), Adora (short for adorable), Nancy (after my wife...she's adorable, and I think she is house-broken, I am sure she eats bugs...not positive about the lizzards), Ruth (where you go, she will go also), Val (because she is valuable)...this is fun, but it is bedtime.

Deb, i know it's a girl, but please name it "Kevin'... in honor of 'Margaret' and millions of times that we laughed at her.  Those are good memories.  Miss you.  Love you.

HA HA HA!!! Yes, I'm a bit partial to 'Loretta' myself . . . and I was playing with her yesterday, and yup, she's a little cuddler!! She puts her little spikies down and snuggles right up against me . . . lets just hope I don't forget to feed and water her!
